Memory Making Day

Our biggest annual event, Memory Making Day is a chance for all our families to get together and create some very special memories.

With the kind support of The Dome in Brighton, we take-over their gorgeous theatre to put on a truly unique day-long event, where everyone can relax and enjoy themselves.

Families are invited to borrow costumes, have their hair styled and their faces painted. A large spread of refreshments is offered throughout the day and we make sure there are plenty of treats and goody bags! Our families are entertained with music, mini-workshops and games and in 2019 we were also able to present live stage performances.

The highlight of the day, the stage is then handed over to the children. Our fun, professional choreographer invites all the children, whatever their ability, to learn a short dance routine and this is then performed live on stage to all parents and carers. This is a unique opportunity for these children and they absolutely love it.

The whole performance is recorded and later in the year, we invite our families to come watch it on the big screen at our Oscars Event.

Many of our families struggle to find days-out where their needs are truly considered, where they can relax and where all members of their family can be entertained.
